How you'll make an impact Quality Assurance and Auditing Perform comprehensive quality audits to ensure adherence to organizational standards and client requirements. Develop and implement quality control processes to monitor and improve data accuracy, system performance, and project outcomes. Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues, propose solutions, ensuring continuous improvement in processes and deliverables. Analyze trends and interpret results to provide actionable insights that drive quality enhancements. Implementation Management Collaborate with others to understand their business requirements and translate them into actionable, quality-focused implementation plans. Recommend systems configurations and tools to align with client specifications, organizational standards, and quality benchmarks. Data Analysis Analyze, clean, and transform data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compatibility with Gallagher’s systems. Support and Training Conduct training sessions for internal teams on system functionality, data processes, and quality standards. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance quality in implementation and data services processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices that prioritize quality and efficiency. Reporting and Documentation Generate detailed reports on implementation progress, data quality, and system performance, highlighting areas for improvement. Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of implementation processes, configurations, and client interactions to ensure transparency and accountability. Collaboration Work closely with internal teams, including IT, product development, and Client Services, to ensure quality is embedded in every stage of project delivery. Act as a liaison between internal clients and technical teams to facilitate effective communication, problem-solving, and quality assurance. About You Required: A minimum 4 years work experience, with a minimum 2 years experience working in a data services capacity. Excellent analytical skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Proficient in required system and computer applications. High School education required. Preferred: 4-5 years experience in the insurance or claims industry preferred. Highly analytical individual with working knowledge of Excel and Sharepoint. Behaviors: Excellent analytical thinker that demonstrates thorough knowledge of all IDS functions. Acts as IDS Subject Matter Expert. Problem solver with the ability to clearly articulate findings and resolution. Embraces new challenges and confidently makes decisions. Ability to act independently on assignment and understands appropriate escalation protocol. Able to work cooperatively in a team environment. Develops and maintains positive relationships within GB and externally with clients, carriers, and data vendors. Supports department and corporate initiatives. Adheres to Gallagher Shared Values.
