Job Description

The Data Strategy & Reporting team sits within Global Publishing and is responsible for turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive publishing decisions worldwide. The team partners closely with Creative Houses — Ubisoft's internal game development studios — to track performance, measure commitments, and support strategic alignment across the global organization.

We are looking for a Senior Reporting Analyst to join the Data Strategy & Reporting team in Paris. This person will own the end-to-end reporting cycle for our new SLA framework, ensuring that Global Publishing's commitments to Creative Houses are measured accurately, communicated effectively, and visible at every level of the organization.

You will design and maintain dashboards that give studios real-time visibility into SLA performance, and produce regular newsletters that translate data into clear narratives for both operational and executive audiences. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of data, storytelling, and cross-functional partnership.

Responsibilities

SLA Reporting & Monitoring

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards (Power BI) to track Global Publishing's SLA performance across Creative Houses, covering timeliness, quality, and delivery metrics.

  • Define and implement KPIs aligned to SLA commitments, ensuring consistent measurement methodology across studios and regions.

  • Monitor SLA trends proactively, flag risks, and provide root-cause analysis when targets are not met.

  • Maintain data pipelines and SQL queries that feed the SLA reporting layer, working closely with data engineering when needed.

Newsletters & Communications

  • Produce a regular SLA performance newsletter for Creative Houses and internal stakeholders, balancing data accuracy with clear, concise storytelling.

  • Adapt reporting format and messaging for different audiences — studio leadership, operational teams, and senior executives.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather context behind data anomalies and incorporate qualitative nuance into published reports.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Act as the primary reporting contact for Creative House partners, translating their questions and feedback into improvements to the SLA framework.

  • Work alongside Publishing team leads to align on SLA definitions, data sources, and reporting cadence.

  • Present findings and recommendations in business reviews with senior leadership.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify gaps in current reporting coverage and propose new metrics as SLA scope evolves.

  • Document reporting logic, data definitions, and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and auditability.

  • Explore opportunities to automate and scale reporting, reducing manual effort over time.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or a data-focused role, ideally in a media, entertainment, or tech environment.
  • Strong SQL skills — comfortable writing complex queries, joining multiple data sources, and troubleshooting data quality issues.
  • Proven experience building production-grade dashboards in Tableau or Power BI, with a strong eye for clear, actionable data visualization.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce written reports or newsletters that communicate data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with business stakeholders to define metrics and validate reporting requirements.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple reporting deliverables on fixed cadences without dropping quality.
  • Fluent in English; professional proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SLA frameworks or operational performance reporting in a B2B or service-delivery context is a plus
  • Experience in the video game industry or knowledge of game development / publishing workflows is a plus
  • Python or scripting experience for data transformation or report automation is a plus
  • Background working with global, distributed teams across multiple time zones is a plus
