We add value by ensuring an effective risk management system is in place in Nordea Pension. As (Senior) Risk Analyst in 2nd line of defence, you’ll play a valuable role in ensuring strong risk management within Nordea Pension in Denmark. What you’ll be doing: <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">You will be part of the 2nd line of defence Risk Management Function</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Contribute to the ongoing overview of the operational risk picture in order to ensure robust management of operational risks in Nordea Pension</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Engage with the business and a broad range of stakeholders to oversee and challenge our risk exposure</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Analyse complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Maintain our framework of operational risk related policies and processes</li> <li style="text-align:justify">You’ll join a small and diverse team of experienced risk professionals. Experience within operational risk is required.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">At least 3 years of experience from risk, capital or investment management within the financial sector</li> <li style="text-align:justify">The internal language in Nordea Pension is Danish, hence fluency in both written and spoken Danish is important. Other than that, all analysis, reports and presentations that we perform are in English, and all projects that you will take part in on Nordea Pension Group level are conducted in English, and therefore, fluency in written and spoken English is essential</li> </ul> What we offer People come here when they want to get somewhere.
