<p><strong>Shape how AutoScout24 measures and grows revenue.</strong></p> <p>At AutoScout24, commercial decisions are increasingly driven by data. As a Senior Sales Analyst in our Global Sales Analytics team, you will act as a strategic partner to commercial leadership, helping shape how AutoScout24 measures performance, identifies growth opportunities and drives revenue growth across multiple markets</p> <p>You will own business-critical revenue analytics products, identify growth opportunities, ensure KPI consistency across markets and translate complex commercial challenges into scalable analytical solutions. Beyond analysis, you will play a key role in maintaining and evolving the data products, pipelines and reporting foundations that enable reliable commercial decision-making across AutoScout24.</p> <p>You will work across multiple markets, products and pricing models, balancing business needs with technical scalability and data quality.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and continuously improve business-critical revenue analytics products that serve as the foundation for commercial performance reporting, KPI governance and strategic decision-making</li> <li>Design, build and maintain scalable data models, reporting layers and analytical solutions</li> <li>Ensure the reliability and scalability of our analytics ecosystem by managing data pipelines, validation frameworks and reporting foundations that support business-critical decision-making</li> <li>Partner closely with Data Engineering to improve data architecture, automation and reporting scalability</li> <li>Drive KPI consistency and reporting standards across markets</li> <li>Identify commercial opportunities and risks through advanced analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations</li> <li>Support strategic initiatives such as market launches, pricing transformations and CRM changes</li> <li>Leverage AI-powered tools and modern analytics workflows to improve efficiency, automation and business impact</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you'll bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>6+ years experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Revenue Operations or a similar field</li> <li>Strong SQL and Python skills, with the ability to leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis, automation and problem solving</li> <li>Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration and pipeline management tools such as Airflow</li> <li>Experience designing and maintaining reliable data models, reporting layers and analytical data products</li> <li>Hands-on experience with BI tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI or Looker</li> <li>Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations and influence decision-making</li> </ul> <p><strong>What sets you apart</strong></p> <ul> <li>You combine strong technical skills with business acumen and are comfortable discussing both data models and commercial strategy</li> <li>You are passionate about building scalable analytical solutions that deliver long-term business value</li> <li>You understand how data flows through pipelines, transformations and reporting layers</li> <li>You combine analytical thinking with a strong engineering mindset and care about scalability, reliability and maintainability</li> <li>You are comfortable investigating data quality issues across multiple systems and identifying root causes</li> <li>You challenge assumptions, ask the right questions and use data to drive better decisions</li> <li>You balance speed with accuracy and maintain a high bar for data quality and trust</li> <li>You understand where AI can accelerate analytical workflows and where business context and human judgement remain essential</li> </ul>
