Senior Sales Enablement Analyst
Additionally, the role will serve as the administrator of Account Engagement (Pardot) or Salesforce Marketing Cloud and act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product Management. The analyst will translate business needs and requirements into scalable process improvements, system enhancements, and data-driven insights that enable smarter, more effective selling.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead design and continuous improvement of end-to-end sales processes (lead to close).
Partner with the Salesforce team to configure and customize Account Engagement (Pardot) or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including forms, landing pages, lead scoring, campaign tracking, reporting, data sync to Salesforce and lead routing from Marketing into Sales Ops.
Own the Marketing-to-Sales Ops handoff, ensuring leads move cleanly and efficiently into the sales process.
Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable process solutions.
Establish and enforce SOPs and process governance globally.
Gather business requirements, develop user stories, support feature delivery, and inform the product roadmap.
Improve CRM and marketing automation platform usability and next-best-action guidance.
Ensure stakeholder validation before production releases.
Drive data integrity, reporting consistency, and KPI standardization.
Optimize funnel health, pipeline velocity, and forecast accuracy.
Partner with Marketing on lead flow, scoring, and campaign tracking.
Design workflow automation to reduce manual effort.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and process improvement workshops.
Support dashboard/reporting evolution and analytics enablement.
Deliver training and change management support for new processes/tools.
Provide coaching, guidance, and support to the Senior Sales Enablement Analyst.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)
Required:
5–8+ years in Sales Operations, Marketing, Sales Excellence, or RevOps
Deep Salesforce experience with a focus on integrations between Sales Cloud and Account Engagement (Pardot) or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Certification in either Account Engagement (Pardot) or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, along with strong administration experience.
Proven experience in process optimization and automation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience translating business needs into technical requirements
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Proactive and self-directed
Preferred:
