<p><strong>Ebury Paris Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for a Senior Crypto Compliance Analyst who is passionate about crypto and digital assets, and eager to help shape the compliance backbone of Ebury’s stablecoin and cross-border payments strategy. Reporting directly to the Head of Crypto Compliance, you will be the second pillar of a small, high-impact team owning crypto compliance across the firm. <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Framework execution</strong>: execute the controls defined in Ebury’s Crypto Compliance Framework and suggest procedural updates based on what you observe in day-to-day operations;</li>
<li><strong>Onboarding & escalations</strong>: act as the first point of contact to support 2nd line of defense for crypto compliance across Ebury teams, with respect to sophisticated escalations and complex onboardings of crypto-exposed clients;</li>
<li><strong>Policies & internal standards</strong>: help develop and maintain internal policies for the handling of stablecoins, covering AML/CTF, on-chain transaction monitoring, wallet address screening, and “Know Your Wallet” (KYW) due diligence;<strong> </strong></li>
<li><strong>FCC tooling:</strong> support the implementation and configuration of specialized crypto compliance tools (transaction monitoring, screening, Travel Rule);</li>
<li><strong>On-chain investigations</strong>: support the TM team on the most sophisticated on-chain investigations once the crypto TMS is live;</li>
<li><strong>Travel Rule</strong>: work hand-in-hand with FCC on remaining manual flows and VASP due diligence;</li>
<li><strong>Licensing support:</strong> provide technical data and evidence to support the Corporate Development team in license applications (e.g. VASP, MiCA, DFSA);</li>
<li><strong>Training & awareness:</strong> contribute to crypto compliance training for compliance and ops teams, helping the wider firm identify crypto-native red flags;</li>
<li><strong>Cross-functional collaboration</strong>: work closely with Product, Engineering, FCC, Risk, Corporate Development and Banking & Expansion teams. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you’ll need</strong><strong><br></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>At least 4-5 years of experience in financial crime compliance, AML/CTF or regulatory roles within fintech, payments, banking or crypto;</li>
<li>Solid understanding of stablecoins, public blockchains, wallet infrastructures and the crypto compliance toolset (on-chain analytics, screening, Travel Rule);</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with crypto compliance vendors (e.g. Chainalysis, TRM Labs, Elliptic, Notabene, Sumsub or equivalents);</li>
<li>Familiarity with European and international crypto regulation (MiCA, TFR / Travel Rule, FATF guidance) and VASP licensing regimes;</li>
<li>Experience supporting onboardings and escalations of crypto-exposed clients in a regulated environment; Ability to operate as a 2nd line of defense partner to product, engineering and commercial teams (pragmatic, structured, and able to translate regulatory expectations into concrete controls);</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French is a plus; </li>
<li>Analytical mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, autonomous and direct in communication;</li>
<li>Experience working in an agile, multidisciplinary environment alongside Product, Engineering and FCC teams (nice to have);</li>
<li>Relevant certifications (e.g. CAMS, ICA, CCAS) are a plus. </li>
