Role Overview: We are seeking a technically strong Senior Product Manager to join our International Transportation Product team. You will work with business stakeholders, engineers and scientists to lead the development of next-generation logistics solutions for Coupang. This role sits at the intersection of physical operations and software engineering, requiring you to translate complex logistics challenges and high-level business objectives into complex, multi-layered system requirements and solutions.    We’re seeking a hands-on leader who can look around corners, balance technical judgment with customer obsession, and drive strategic decisions that redefine the delivery experience in Taiwan. Success requires a “think systematically” mindset to break down technical hurdles and understand how subtle configuration changes trigger chain reactions across physical hardware and downstream systems.   What You Will Do: <ul> <li> Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and OKRs for one or more areas within international transportation. </li> <li> Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, by translating complex business goals (like geographic expansion), defining product requirements, identifying use cases, and establishing success metrics. </li> <li> Develop hypotheses to innovate on our delivery experience and validate them through experimentation with clearly defined metrics. </li> <li> Drive product development with clear objectives and timelines, fostering cross-functional collaboration across teams and employing methodologies. </li> <li> Build robust mechanisms to replace manual configuration processes with self-service capabilities while remaining hands-on to ensure end-to-end network performance. </li> <li> Act as the primary interface between business and engineering, using data-backed recommendations to drive executive consensus on complex trade-offs between delivery speed, cost, and capacity. </li> </ul>   Essential Qualifications: <ul> <li> Bachelor's degree in quantitative or technical disciplines, or equivalent work experience. </li> <li> At least 6 years of product management experience, with a track record of developing and executing a compelling product vision. </li> <li> Proficiency leveraging data (e.g. Excel, SQL) to frame problems, draw insights and perform statistical analysis. </li> <li> Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead multiple projects concurrently. </li> <li> Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and business stakeholders. </li> <li> Proficiency in both English and Mandarin. </li> </ul>   Preferred Qualifications: <ul> <li> Experience in logistics, transportation and supply chain. </li> <li> Experience integrating GenAI solutions and tools into business operations at scale. </li> </ul>    Recruitment Process and Others     Recruitment Process   <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="29" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Application Review -
