You’ll work across the stack to design, build and scale intuitive, secure and reliable systems that make it easier for our customers to access the tools and funding they need to succeed.</p> <p>You’ll be part of a modern, cloud‑native, microservices environment, partnering closely with Product, Design and Engineering to turn ideas into high‑quality customer experiences. You’ll take ownership of your work end‑to‑end, think customer‑first, and contribute to a team that values learning, experimentation and continuous improvement</p> <h2><strong>What you will be doing</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Designing, building and shipping high‑quality product features across back‑end systems</li> <li>Owning technical problems from discovery through to production, with a focus on long‑term, scalable solutions</li> <li>Using&nbsp;<strong>AI‑assisted development tools</strong>&nbsp;(e.g. code generation, refactoring, test support) to accelerate delivery while maintaining strong engineering standards</li> <li>Collaborating with product managers and designers to deliver simple, fast and reliable customer experiences</li> <li>Ensuring systems are observable, well‑monitored, secure and resilient in production</li> <li>Keeping security, privacy and compliance front of mind throughout the SDLC</li> <li>Contributing to architecture discussions, code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives</li> <li>Sharing knowledge, experimenting with new tools and techniques, and helping lift the team around you</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What you'll need to succeed</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Strong hands‑on experience with&nbsp;<strong>.NET</strong></li> <li>Experience integrating back‑end applications with internal and third‑party APIs</li> <li>Solid understanding of modern software architecture patterns, including&nbsp;<strong>microservices</strong>&nbsp;and event‑driven systems&nbsp;</li> <li>Solid understanding of message based systems, like&nbsp;using NServiceBus, MassTransit, ServiceBus, RabbitMQ and etc.</li> <li>Experience working in cloud‑based environments (Azure experience is a plus). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and modern DevOps practices</li> <li>A passion for clean, secure, well‑tested code and building software that makes a real customer impact</li> <li>Curiosity and openness to using&nbsp;<strong>AI tools</strong>&nbsp;to improve how you build, test and maintain software</li> <li>Experience of&nbsp;observability practices like datadog, OpenTelemetary&nbsp;is a good to have.</li> </ul> <p>Don’t let a confidence gap get in the way of submitting your application.
