<p><strong>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESÂ </strong></p>
<p>⢠  Configure and maintain SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Position Management, Time Off, MDF objects).<br>⢠  Translate HRIS business requirements into system configuration.<br>⢠  Advise HRIS Product Owner on system capabilities, constraints, and best practices.<br>⢠  Lead impact assessments for enhancements and quarterly releases.<br>⢠  Own data models, business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions.<br>⢠  Coordinate UAT with HRIS and HR stakeholders.<br>⢠  Document configuration, decisions, and change impacts.<br>⢠  Develops proof of concepts to showcase proposed solutions.<br>⢠  Support audits and compliance reporting.<br>⢠  Review companyâs business processes and provide recommendations on process improve-ments using SAP SuccessFactors.<br>⢠  Provides guidance in the definition of solution design practices and standards that link back to SAP best practices.<br>⢠  Provide recommendations for integrating with SAP and third-party HCM systems.<br>⢠  Adhere to project plans, tasks and deliverables, identify dependencies and resource <br>requirements.<br>⢠  Appropriately communicates about the status of the projects, escalates any issues, and ef-fectively manages timelines and action items.<br>⢠  Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with diverse business, functional, <br>and technical teams.</p>
<p>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE<br>⢠  Bachelorâs degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field<br>⢠  5+ yearsâ experience in SAP SuccessFactors<br>⢠  Good English language skills (written and verbal)âŻÂ </p><style type="text/css">div.content {
