<p>EOS is seeking a highly analytical and proactive <strong>Senior Supply Chain Operations & Planning Analyst</strong> to support and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. This role will focus on planning, inventory management, order fulfillment, data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence and business performance.</p>
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<h3>Supply Chain Planning & Operations</h3>
<ul>
<li>Monitor and optimize inventory levels in line with demand forecasts.</li>
<li>Manage purchase requisitions, expedite late purchase orders, and coordinate supplier follow-ups.</li>
<li>Oversee active Bills of Materials (BOMs) and drop shipment fulfillment.</li>
<li>Resolve supply shortages, fulfillment exceptions, and delivery issues.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Data Analytics & Reporting</h3>
<ul>
<li>Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance metrics.</li>
<li>Provide actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Process Improvement</h3>
<ul>
<li>Identify and implement opportunities to improve supply chain processes and efficiency.</li>
<li>Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions.</li>
<li>Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Stakeholder Management</h3>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Logistics, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Vendors, and Technology teams.</li>
<li>Support planning reviews, operational meetings, and cross-functional projects.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate documentation and effective communication across stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Leadership & Development</h3>
<ul>
<li>Act as a subject matter expert for supply chain operations and planning.</li>
<li>Lead analytical projects and cross-functional initiatives.</li>
<li>Mentor team members and promote best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Skills & Experience</h2>
<h3>Technical Skills</h3>
<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of supply chain planning, inventory management, and procurement processes.</li>
<li>Experience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, o9, or similar tools.</li>
<li>Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting.</li>
<li>Experience creating dashboards and presentations using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.</li>
<li>SQL knowledge is advantageous.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Core Competencies</h3>
<ul>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing process improvements.</li>
<li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<h3>Required</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.</li>
<li>7–10 years of experience in supply chain operations, planning, inventory management, or a related analytical role.</li>
<li>Proven experience leading continuous improvement and cross-functional projects.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Preferred</h3>
<ul>
<li>Master's degree in a relevant discipline.</li>
<li>APICS, CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent certification.</li>
<li>Experience with supply chain optimization tools and advanced planning systems.</li>
</ul>
