The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves analyzing data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing strategies to enhance the efficiency of our supply chain operations.<br><br></p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO:</strong></p> <ol> <li><strong>Data Analysis and Reporting:</strong> <ul> <li>Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.</li> <li>Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to support decision-making.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Planning &amp; Inventory Management:</strong> <ul> <li>Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure alignment with demand forecasts.</li> <li>Initiate PR requests, expedite late purchase order and follow up on past promise dates with vendor(s)</li> <li>Manage vendors in scope and ensure reporting released on time and accurately</li> <li>Collaborate with procurement, operations, Product life cycle teams &amp; vendors to maintain an efficient and cost-effective inventory.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Order management</strong> <ul> <li>End to end management of active bill of materials (BOM) &amp; drop shipment fulfillment.</li> <li>Resolution of shortages and collaborating with cross functional teams to resolve exceptions in the fulfillment and delivery of customer orders.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Inventory Management:</strong> <ul> <li>Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure alignment with demand forecasts.</li> <li>Collaborate with procurement and production teams to maintain an efficient and cost-effective inventory.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Process Improvement:</strong> <ul> <li>Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain.</li> <li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance overall operational efficiency.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> <ul> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders, including procurement, logistics, and production, PLM &amp; other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination across the supply chain.</li> <li>Participate in regular meetings to address operational &amp; planning challenges and drive collaborative solutions.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Supply Chain Visibility:</strong> <ul> <li>Enhance supply chain visibility through the implementation of tracking and monitoring tools.</li> <li>Work with technology teams to leverage systems that improve real-time visibility into supply chain activities.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong> </strong><strong>Performance Metrics:</strong> <ul> <li>Define and track key performance metrics for supply chain operations &amp; planning.</li> <li>Develop and maintain dashboards that provide a comprehensive overview of the supply chain's performance.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong> </strong><strong>Root Cause Analysis:</strong> <ul> <li>Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions or inefficiencies.</li> <li>Implement corrective actions and preventative measures to mitigate future issues.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong> </strong><strong>Leadership and capability development </strong> <ul> <li>Lead complex analytical initiatives and act as the subject matter expert for supply chain operations/planning, providing guidance on analytical and decision making.</li> <li>Mentor and coach team members, promoting knowledge sharing, best practices and continuous development across the team.</li> <li>Own and continuously improve reporting standards, analytical processes and operational practices to drive consistency, efficiency and business performance.</li> </ul> </li> </ol> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Understanding of Supply chain management fundamentals &amp; tools such as SAP or material demand management services, dashboards, o9, etc</li> <li>Effective management of workflows &amp; client requests through ticketing systems</li> <li>Advanced Excel skills / Google sheet (vlookup, xlookup pivot tables, advanced formulas charts, data analysis etc). With the ability to analyse and present complex dataset to support business decision making &amp; utilize other Google applications such as Slides &amp; Docs with quality presentation. Able to understand and reverse engineer reports and logic to support data requests and present findings to client</li> <li>Project Management</li> <li>Knowledge of project management methodologies for managing cross functional teams</li> <li>Timeline and milestone management</li> <li>Risk Management with a proven background of working to meet tight deadlines.</li> <li>Communication, Teamwork, and Leadership</li> <li>Effective cross functional collaboration &amp; the ability to work with stakeholders from technical, operations and planning teams.</li> <li>Ability to maintain accurate records and document process end to end at a high level.</li> <li>Great attention to detail in understanding context of business requirements and able to take insightful meeting notes.</li> <li>Individual skills: goal-oriented, coachable, critical thinker, and responsible.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to lead by example, influence stakeholders, mentor colleagues and foster a collaborative high performing culture</li> <li>Problem solving and analytical skills <ul> <li>Root cause analysis, identify root causes and have the ability to communicate where needed implement corrective action to avoid re-occurrence</li> <li>Ability to recognize patterns and/or trends in assigned workflows backed with data and historical analysis where needed.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, related field and/or related experience.</li> <li>Minimum of 7 -10 years' experience in Supply Chain management operations &amp; planning roles.</li> <li>Proven experience in supply chain operations or a similar analytical role.</li> <li>Proven experience leading cross functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct line management.</li> <li>Experience mentoring or developing continuous improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in Google sheet , and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in supply chain management or related field.</li> <li>Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS) is a plus.</li> <li>Experience with supply chain optimization tools and software.</li> <li>Experience with SQL</li> </ul> <p><em>EOS is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
