As a Senior System Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in the design, implementation and maintenance of partners-related systems and services.

Partners attract clients, and we provide them with transparent and reliable conditions: a clear process, accurate earnings tracking, and timely payouts. 

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system functionalities
• Design and propose technical solutions that align with FxPro's business objectives and technology strategy
• Develop detailed system specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts to guide developers
• Work closely with development teams to oversee the implementation of system solutions
• Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure and platforms

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a System Analyst
• Expertise in analyzing and documenting requirements for backend services
• Experienced in creating detailed system specifications, wireframes, diagrams, and flowcharts
• Proficient in creating comprehensive technical documentation
• Proficient in system architecture
• Skilled in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party API integration
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
• Analytical thinking skills
• Adaptability to changing business needs
• Fluent in English and Russian languages 

Nice to have 

• In-depth knowledge of trading systems
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles
