<p></p> <p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Senior Technical Business Analyst (Data)</p> <p><strong>Key Skills:</strong> Business Analysis, Insurance Data, Data Profiling, Data Modelling, Databricks, SQL, dbt, Power BI, Data Warehousing, Lakehouse Architecture</p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong> +8 years of experience.</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia, Bolivia</p> <p><strong>Work Mode:</strong> Remote.</p> <p>At Coforge, we are hiring <strong>Senior Technical Business Analyst (Data) (#22756)</strong> with the following skill set.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, Data Engineering, BI, and platform teams to define and shape data products and analytics solutions.<br>• Perform hands-on data profiling and source analysis across data feeds, datasets, and enterprise data warehouse structures, identifying data quality issues, reconciliation gaps, and semantic differences.<br>• Lead conceptual and logical data modelling for the billing and payments domain, including fact and dimension tables, ensuring scalability, historical analysis, reconciliation, and auditability.<br>• Define requirements for semantic layers and self-service analytics, supporting the migration of legacy SQL-based reports to Power BI dashboards built on Databricks.</p> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong><br>• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with a strong focus on data-centric delivery.<br>• Significant experience working with Finance or Insurance systems.<br>• Strong hands-on experience with data profiling, data analysis, and source-to-target mapping.<br>• Experience with fact and dimensional data modelling.<br>• Strong understanding of data warehouse and lakehouse architectures.<br>• Experience with Databricks or equivalent big-data platforms.<br>• Experience with semantic models, BI layers, and Power BI-based analytics.<br>• Strong understanding of insurance data, including policy, claims, underwriting, billing, premiums, and collections.<br>• Experience with payment platform migrations and analytics modernization initiatives.<br>• Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1).</p> <p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong><br>• Experience operating at Lead Business Analyst or domain-owner level.<br>• Experience with dbt and Gold-layer transformation logic.<br>• Experience defining data products and API-driven data services.<br>• Experience with data standardization initiatives and enterprise reporting migrations.<br>• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.</p> <p><strong>Posted On:</strong> 12-08-2026</p> <p>At Coforge, we hire professionals solely based on their skills and qualifications, and we do not discriminate based on age, disability, religion, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, or nationality.</p>
