This role will be heavily focused on recruiting top-tier talent across Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Platform, Analytics, and Product organizations. The ideal candidate is a full-cycle recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has a strong track record of partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and close exceptional talent across highly technical and business-critical teams. You should be comfortable operating autonomously, managing multiple searches simultaneously, and acting as a strategic talent partner to the business.
