This role will be heavily focused on recruiting top-tier talent across Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Platform, Analytics, and Product organizations.</span></p>
<p data-start="485" data-end="908"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The ideal candidate is a full-cycle recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has a strong track record of partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and close exceptional talent across highly technical and business-critical teams. You should be comfortable operating autonomously, managing multiple searches simultaneously, and acting as a strategic talent partner to the business.</span></p>
