Join our outstanding team and help shape the future of energy.</p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:16.0px"><strong>Position Specific Description</strong></span></p> <p><span tabindex="-1" contenteditable="false"><p> </p> <p>Transportation &amp; Logistics</p> <p>- Manage and optimize relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and asset-based carriers.</p> <p>- Plan and execute large-scale, complex logistics projects across multiple transportation modes.</p> <p>- Analyze transportation market trends to support sourcing strategies.</p> <p>- Evaluate capabilities and implement improved logistics systems and processes.</p> <p>- Collaborate across Sourcing, Materials Management, and Operations teams.</p> <p>- Support emergency and storm restoration logistics operations.</p> <p> </p> <p>Customs &amp; Trade Compliance (Day-to-Day Tactical Execution)</p> <p> </p> <p>Import Compliance (U.S. Customs)</p> <p>- Act as Importer of Record (IOR) representative.</p> <p>- Review and approve commercial invoices, packing lists, and CBP Form 7501.</p> <p>- Validate HTS classifications, duty rates, and regulatory requirements.</p> <p>- Review broker filings for accuracy.</p> <p>- Manage Section 301 tariffs and AD/CVD screening.</p> <p>- Ensure TSCA and other regulatory certifications are completed.</p> <p>- Maintain records per 19 CFR requirements.</p> <p>- Audit broker performance and drive corrective actions.</p> <p>- Resolve customs holds and delays.</p> <p> </p> <p>Export Compliance</p> <p>- Ensure compliance with Export Administration Regulations (EAR).</p> <p>- Validate ECCN classifications and licensing requirements.</p> <p>- Review AES filings and export documentation.</p> <p>- Screen denied/restricted parties.</p> <p>- Provide guidance on export routing and documentation.</p> <p> </p> <p>Trade Advisory &amp; Governance</p> <p>- Provide guidance on Incoterms and compliance risk mitigation.</p> <p>- Support SOP development for compliance processes.</p> <p>- Lead or support internal audits and regulatory inquiries.</p> <p>- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.</p> <p>- Maintain relationships with brokers and regulatory agencies.</p></span></p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Overview</H2> </div><div><p>The Senior Trade Compliance Analyst leads and supports complex regulatory compliance efforts within NEER, focusing on SOX, CFTC, and FERC requirements. The position involves analyzing trading activities, identifying compliance issues, and managing compliance audits with limited supervision.
