Make your mark with one of the biggest names in payments. At Global Payments, you help businesses grow by transforming how they accept and manage payments. As a Senior Transformation Analyst, in the Transformation Office you will analyze business requests to be solved with automated systems. Formulate and design automated systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Provide expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that meet user requirements and are within stated sizing estimates. You will configure system settings and options; plan and execute business design, assist in integration and acceptance testing, where necessary; and create specifications for system to meet business requirements. Include analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.

What You’ll Own

  • Support planning and execution for both integration and separation programs across functions (e.g., Technology, Operations, Finance, HR, Risk, Legal), from Day 1 readiness through steady state/exit.
  • Assist with end-to-end integration workplans (Day 1, 30/60/90, synergy capture) and separation workplans (Transition Service Agreement (TSA) design, transition, and exit) with clear scope, timelines, and accountabilities.
  • Assist with governance, including steering routines, RAID management (risks, actions, issues, decisions), change control, and cross-functional dependency management.
  • Monitor TSA service delivery and validate performance is consistent with agreed SLAs and historical practices utilizing a defined monitoring approach; drive remediation as needed.
  • Coordinate TSA billing processes and invoice support with Finance and TSA leads, providing accurate and timely billing, accruals, and true ups for services provided.
  • Help with development and execution of detailed TSA exit workplans, coordinating and providing oversight and guidance to functional leads and PMs on function-specific planning.
  • Partner with leads to drive Day 1 readiness and Day 2 integration execution to ensure continuity of operations, customer experience, and regulatory/contractual compliance; coordinate cutovers and stabilization.
  • Build, track, and report on synergy cases (cost, revenue, working capital), define baselines, and drive benefit realization with Finance and business owners.
  • Proactively surface emerging risks, early identification of roadblocks, potential delays, and interdependencies; facilitate governance reviews to align on changes and make timely decisions.
  • Raise and assist with resolving issues, working collaboratively across teams; act as an integrator across stakeholders, surfacing trade-offs and mitigation options.
  • Assist with executive reporting as required, KPI/OKR tracking, TSA economics, and variance analysis; develop dashboards and concise narratives for senior leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and information security requirements throughout integration and separation activities.
  • You will have an opportunity to learn about many teams, systems, and processes that span across functional areas and platforms; help document and improve playbooks, templates, and lessons learned.

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Transformation, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Finance, PMO, M&A integration/divestitures, or a related cross-functional role.
  • Prior business partnership experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of payments/fintech, technology-enabled services, or complex global operations is advantageous but not required.
  • Some experience leading structured analyses and project workstreams with measurable outcomes.
  • Results oriented with high attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills; experience delivering executive-level content is desirable but not required
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
