This role manages complex transactions, evaluates contractual and operational risks, and drives favorable commercial outcomes. The Senior Analyst serves as a subject matter expert in transportation, logistics, pricing structures, and market dynamics, leveraging deep industry knowledge to optimize supply chain performance and cost efficiency. What You’ll Be Doing <ul> <li>Lead the development, negotiation, implementation, and administration of transportation tariffs, contracts, and shipment documentation, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives.</li> <li>Manage railroad tariff rate structures across multiple commodities and business units, identifying risks, opportunities, rate discrepancies, and market impacts to optimize transportation costs and profitability.</li> <li>Serve as a subject matter expert on transportation, logistics, and supply chain operations, management systems, providing strategic guidance to commercial, merchandising, and trading teams.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, freight forwarders, government agencies, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders to support domestic and international commodity movements.</li> <li>Analyze transportation and logistics data to identify trends, improve network performance, support decision-making, and drive operational efficiencies.</li> <li>Develop, maintain, and enhance logistics models, forecasts, and performance metrics to support transportation planning, cost analysis, capacity management, and strategic initiatives.</li> <li>Monitor and evaluate transportation, warehouse, and inventory activities to ensure operational integrity, service performance, and compliance with internal controls and company policies.</li> <li>Manage logistics databases and reporting systems, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and accessibility for business analysis and performance measurement.</li> <li>Lead the resolution of complex customer, carrier, and contractual issues while delivering exceptional service and minimizing operational and commercial risk.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance transportation performance, reduce costs, improve service levels, and support overall supply chain optimization, while providing guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.</li> </ul> Skills/Experience Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Logistics or related discipline</li> <li>5+ years of experience in transportation, supply chain logistics or related field</li> <li>Go getter mindset beating the required deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, effectively balancing multiple responsibilities while proactively seeking opportunities to learn and grow.</li> <li>Effective communicator with proven ability to collaborate and engage with individuals at all levels.</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)</li> </ul> Bunge offers a variety of benefits including health and wellness plans, retirement contribution and paid vacation/holidays.<hr> At Bunge (NYSE: BG), our purpose is to connect farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, feed and fuel to the world.
