What the day will look like In this role, you will support and co-lead projects across Corporate Treasury, working closely with stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes across the full project lifecycle. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional Treasury projects from initiation through closure, including integrations, M&A activities, and bank-related changes. Maintain project plans, timelines, action logs, and status reports to ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned with organizational goals. Work closely with Treasury Operations and Bank Administration to help ensure proposed changes are clearly understood, documented, and communicated. Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and documentation across Treasury, Finance, and other business units to facilitate smooth project execution. Support adherence to Aon policies and relevant local regulations. Assist in monitoring changes in applicable Treasury regulations and incorporate them into project deliverables where appropriate. Contribute to the identification, documentation, and communication of business requirements, process flows, and other business analysis artifacts. Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, including business requirements, test cases, user guides, and change management materials. Liaise with banks and other financial institutions, under the direction of the Treasury Project Manager or Senior Treasury Project Manager, to help resolve issues arising during project development and implementation. Track and escalate issues with external partners as needed to ensure timely resolution. Proactively identify and track project-related issues and risks, escalating concerns to the Treasury Project Manager and relevant stakeholders. Support the development and execution of mitigation plans and follow-up actions. Support Treasury Performance Calls with relevant countries by preparing materials, consolidating data, and tracking follow-up actions. You will partner with experienced professionals across Finance, Treasury, and Banking teams while gaining exposure to complex initiatives such as M&A integrations and treasury transformation projects. Skills and experience that will lead to success Prior project management experience, preferably within financial services, Corporate Treasury or a related field. Prior experience managing cash management systems, treasury technology (TMS), or large-scale financial process improvements is highly valued. Working knowledge of Corporate Treasury. Degree in Finance or Accounting, master degree preferred but not required Experience managing multiple projects concurrently with tight and changing deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Skilled in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid); experienced with relevant project management tools. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and Word. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision. Strong work ethic and willingness to take on new initiatives. Self-starter, proactive with high attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
