This role is expected to be based in Fairburn, GA. Depending on candidate qualifications, opportunity may exist to be based in Dallas, TX, Perris, CA, or Elgin, IL.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of warehouse systems expertise, data analytics capabilities, and operational knowledge, with hands-on experience in Manhattan WMi and Power BI.

The Sr Operations Systems Analyst (Sr WMS Analyst) role has a national salary range of $70,000 - $115,000. For roles within California the range is $70,304 - $115,000 and Washington is $80,169 - $115,000. As our Sr Operations Systems Analyst (Sr WMS Analyst), you'll be our go-to guru for implementing and maintaining warehouse, transportation, packaging management systems. You'll work with a dynamic team to analyze data, identify operational inefficiencies, and develop solutions to optimize our systems. Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain warehouse, transportation, packaging management systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are optimized and meet the needs of the organization
  • Analyze and interpret data to improve system functionality and efficiency
  • Train team members on the use of warehouse, transportation, packaging management systems
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and reports
  • Identify and address potential issues and risks
  • Create and maintain dashboards using Advanced SQL

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT similar field or equivalent experience, required
  • 1+ years of transportation or logistics experience, or experience in a similar role, required
  • 1+ years of analytical experience, required
