Service Analyst

Then join East Sussex County Council’s IT & Digital team as a Service Analyst, where you'll help improve services, influence decision-making and support the delivery of customer-focused digital solutions across the organisation.
The Service Analyst sits within the Products & Services team in IT & Digital, supporting the design, delivery and continual improvement of services that meet the needs of colleagues and residents. You will analyse data, produce reports and presentations, coordinate customer requests and feedback, support continual service improvement activities, undertake business analysis and help define requirements for new and enhanced digital solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your analytical, business analysis and service management skills while making a real difference to how services are delivered.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have experience working in a data analyst or similar analytical role.
- Can analyse, interpret and clearly present data and information to support decision-making.
- Have effective communication skills and can adapt messages for a variety of audiences.
- Can build effective working relationships and collaborate across teams to achieve shared goals.
- Are confident using technology including Microsoft 365, ITSM systems and reporting or analytical tools.
