Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1. Systems, Data Stewardship and Management: 

  • Manage end-to-end stewardship of HCP 1P data.
  • Utilize platforms such as FSFA/Veeva CRM, Gigya/HHP, SFMC, and Azure Data Lake for enriching the Omnichannel journey of HCPs.
  • HHP Maintenance & Activation: Launches the Technical HHP Functionalities (SORVI, Global Consent Portal…)
  • Collaborate with BU SFE, IT, and tech teams to ensure seamless activity and advancements of Field Force software and capabilities.

2. Data Quality Assurance:

  • Match and synchronize data between HHP/Gigya and FSFA/Veeva CRM.
  • Collect and validate masterdata.
  • Ensure data is accurate, complete, relevant, current, and consistent in FSFA/Veeva CRM.
  • Regularly monitor and cleanse pharmacy segmentation data to eliminate duplicates and errors.

3. Performance Tracking & Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Create meaningful reports, dashboards and actionable insights for Pharmacy & Physician Channel performance.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess Omnichannel Pharmacy & Physician Channel Engagement effectiveness.
  • Guide field force on Field Team Performance Plans  in line with company principles and strategic priorities.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to enhance HCP engagement and conversion.
  • Provide insights for content delivery and channel selection improvements.

4. SFE Planning and Execution:

  • In collaboration with Pharmacy & Physician Channel Omni-CH, BU SFE and Pharmacy & Physician Channel FLLs, develop visit cycle plans for the targeted audience in line with segment priorities, optimizing F2F frequencies with digital touchpoints.
  • Drive segmentation and targeting process, tailor HCP targeting approaches using 1P data.
  • Drive territory design, optimisation, and management of proper resource allocation.
  • Cascade Veeva/FSFA enhancements and provide process support to Salesforce.
  • Monitor and track samples from arrival to FieldForce until delivered to HCPs via rep or courier & process sample data into the system to be able to track sampling distribution.
  • Runs management monitoring via regular checks to identify any shortfall, design mitigation plans with stakeholders and follow up on CAPA closure time.

5. Collaboration and Compliance:

  • Collaborate with BU SFE/data teams, field force, sales, tech, marketing, and compliance teams for data management.
  • Share insights to foster comprehensive HCP engagement strategies.
  • Develop and implement MEA Channel, Capability, and SFE strategies.

Basic Qualifications & Key Strengths:

  • Bachelor degree
  • 3-4 years of  managerial experience in a SFE/Business Analytics role.
  • Excellent both written and spoken in English
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, FSFA/Veeva CRM, Gigya, SFMC
  • Strong knowledge on MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
  • Proven experience in FF optimization e.g., Segmentation, Targeting, Resizing.
  • Proven change management experience, preferably on CH or pharma digital transformation.
  • Good team player with strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Has a growth mindset and high learning agility.
