Systems Analyst – Business
Essa posição é para atuar em regime presencial, em Contagem - MG.
Who will you be working with?
You will work closely with the Tech Lead, Developers, QA Analysts, Product Owner, and Business Stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate requirements alignment, functional clarity, and complete traceability throughout the system lifecycle.
How will you make a difference?
You will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring that requirements are properly captured, documented, validated, and communicated. By supporting the Systems Engineering discipline, performing impact analyses, improving business processes, and maintaining clear documentation, you will enhance product quality, reduce requirement-related defects, and ensure that system functionality aligns with operational objectives.

Required
• Strong ability to elicit and document requirements using structured techniques.
• Knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN or equivalent).
• Familiarity with SQL Server concepts for data validation and impact analysis.
• Functional understanding of VB.NET/Windows Forms applications.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and traceability.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Established project management skills.
• Intermediate English is desirable, including participation in technical discussions, reading, and writing documentation.
What will your typical day look like?
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications aligned with the system architecture.
• Maintain end‑to‑end traceability between requirements, design elements, test cases, and releases.
• Facilitate requirement clarification sessions, workshops, and technical discussions with stakeholders and the Systems Engineer.
• Map business processes, identify operational gaps, and propose process improvements based on system capabilities.
• Support impact analysis for new requirements and system changes.
• Validate documentation quality, ensuring compliance with internal governance and audit standards.
• Review test plans and test cases to confirm coverage of business scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate outcomes against business needs.
• Document requirement-related defects, support investigations, and ensure accurate resolution.
• Collaborate continuously with development, QA, and product teams to ensure requirement alignment throughout the development cycle.
