Your Impact

As an AI/ML Technical Leader, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of intelligent AI/ML solutions, automation platforms, and GenAI-powered applications for enterprise customers. You will work closely with customers, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven architectures and operational solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies including Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks, GPU-accelerated infrastructure, MLOps platforms, and cloud-native AI ecosystems while driving meaningful customer transformation initiatives.

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML and GenAI-powered solutions for enterprise environments.
  • Build and manage AI/ML pipelines for model training, inference, observability, monitoring, and automation.
  • Support presales engagements by translating customer business requirements into scalable AI/ML solution architectures.
  • Develop AI agents, intelligent workflows, and LLM-powered applications to accelerate customer outcomes.
  • Drive customer technology transformation initiatives while influencing AI/ML solution strategy, architecture, and delivery execution.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Python and AI/ML development frameworks.
  • Experience with AI/ML ecosystems including PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
  • Deep understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience designing and deploying AI infrastructure across cloud, GPU-accelerated, containerized, and distributed computing environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks, and LLM-based application development.
  • Expertise with Kubeflow, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, KServe, vLLM, and TensorRT-LLM.
  • Knowledge of NVIDIA AI ecosystem, CUDA, GPU optimization, and distributed AI infrastructure.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and technical mentoring skills.
  • Exposure to AIOps, observability platforms, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, Linux/Unix environments, and networking concepts.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in services presales activities, SOW creation, solution scoping, and customer proposal discussions.
  • Create Customer Requirements Documents, High-Level Designs (HLDs), and implementation plans.
  • Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams spanning AI architecture, operations, and delivery.
  • Build customer simulations and lab environments to validate AI/ML solution performance and resolve technical issues.
  • Deliver customer documentation, knowledge transfer sessions, and enablement programs for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior engineers and drive adoption of AI/ML engineering best practices across teams.
  • Act as a focal point for complex customer issue resolution and ensure successful engagement delivery.
