Role Tiltle: Software Engineering Lead Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Personalization – Customer Context Enablement Engineer to design and build real-time data and processing capabilities that enable personalized agent experiences. This role focuses on delivering customer context model across digital and assisted-service channels through event-driven pipelines, intent-based small language models using low-latency to ultra-low-latency architectures 

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement real-time customer context pipelines for agent experiences.

  • Build event-driven systems using Kafka and Amazon Kinesis.

  • Develop stream processing applications using AWS managed Apache Flink or Databricks real-time capabilities, scalable AWS cloud-native solutions ECS, AWS Dynamodb.

  • Develop services in Python and Scala for enrichment and decisioning.

  • Apply test-driven development (TDD) practices.

  • Use Terraform for infrastructure automation.

  • Collaborate across engineering and product teams.

  • Implement monitoring, observability, and governance frameworks.

  • Utilize Cursor for AI-assisted development productivity.Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Experience with Kafka, Kinesis, and event-driven architecture.

  • Hands-on stream processing with Apache Flink or Databricks.

  • Proficiency in Python or Scala for real-time data processing and service development.

  • Good to have prompting techniques, small generative language models knowledge, ready to test and learn attitude.

  • Experience designing API contracts and building RESTful or event-driven service interfaces using OpenAPI/Swagger.

  • Strong AWS cloud experience.Terraform-based infrastructure automation.

  • Docker and Kubernetes exposure.Software engineering fundamentals including TDD and CI/CD.

  • Experience with Cursor or similar AI coding tools.Strong distributed systems knowledge. 

Qualifications:

Required Experience & Skills

  • Overall 5 - 8 yrs of exp.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • Experience delivering cloud-native engineering solutions in AWS-based environments.

  • Experience building  automated pipelines.    

Desired Experience:  

  • Experience with customer 360 or personalization platforms.

  • Databricks Lakehouse and Delta experience.

  • Experience supporting low-latency personalization or customer context platforms in AWS environments.

  • LLM’s  SLM’s, prompting techniques 

Location & Hours of Work

Location: Onsite / Hybrid – Hyderabad Office
Work Hours: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
