<div style="border:none;border-bottom:solid windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0.0in 0.0in 1.0pt 0.0in"> Purpose of the Job </div> The OEM Demand Planner is a key business partner who owns responsibility for demand planning and continuous improvement for the OEM Appliance business. The Planner’s focus will be on improving the advanced analytical capabilities of the OEM organization in the pursuit of service, cost, and working capital improvement. This role coordinates the monthly forecasting and annual operations planning process for demand planning culminating in review and alignment with leadership. Additionally, this role will lead the Material Planning process working with one direct report. This role will deliver best-in-class service and cost based on our ability to exceed customer expectations and will have strong cross-functional relationships with sales, finance, and Insulation S&OE teams.
