Sourcing Performance Analyst

How will you make a difference?
As a Sourcing Performance Analyst, you will help sourcing teams succeed by providing accurate analysis, driving digitalization initiatives, and transforming data into meaningful actions that improve business results.
What will your typical day look like?
Tools Management
- Manage the inventory of tools in collaboration with the Functional Excellence team
- Act as the Project Leader (Deployment, enhancement, and training) for Digitalization initiatives roadmap
- Organize and maintain sourcing databases
- Build & maintain dashboards as a ready reckoner for the sourcing organization
- Synthetize analysis outcomes into key business insights and support data-driven purchasing decisions
Process & Performance Management
- Guarantee that the rules defined by Corporate Finance are applied to Sourcing report
- In the context of transformation, update, manage all the Corporate & Business official Standards
- Track and monitoring by Site / Product Lines, the Commodities Performance, Supplier Performance and Efficiency of Sourcing Processes and Initiatives
- Report Deviations vs Budget and obtain recovery/mitigation plans
- Play an active role in helping the sourcing teams to meet the targets
- Support in deployment and implementation through audits, best practices exchange
What do we want to know from you?
- Master’s degree in Finance/ Economics/ Engineering/ Sourcing Management - or equivalent professional experience
- +5 years experience in Sourcing, Finance or Supply Chain in industrial manufacturing companies (matrix environment with cross functional team collaboration is considered a plus)
- Full professional proficiency in English (another European language is considered a plus)
- Good proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI (knowledge of tools such as: Zycus, Risk methods, HICX, COUPA is considered a plus)
- Basic Financial knowledge
- Analytical, problem solver and solution oriented
- Proactive, self-starter, open minded and flexible
- Stakeholder management and interpersonal communication
- Availability to travel in Europe up to 15% of time
