Applies data-driven analysis to support sourcing decisions and category strategies.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Implement sourcing strategy for responsible commodities, identify savings and risk opportunities, drive material productivity.</li> <li>Select, Qualify and Manage suppliers to build solid supplier base per strategy.</li> <li>NPI/Migration projects support with right source (quality, cost, service) for business grow needs from kickoff to mass production.</li> <li>Supporting sourcing initiatives by preparing RFQs, analyzing bids, and documenting sourcing related contracts or agreements.</li> <li>Drive VAVE Projects cross functionally.</li> <li>Drive material localization efforts to achieve cost reduction and delivery service flexibility.</li> <li>Supplier quality improvement together with SQE to achieve DLPM target.</li> <li>Collaborating with supply chain and operations to support continuity of supply.</li> <li>Mainly responsible for procurement activities of Medical Suzhou/Japan business, also support other medical sites globally.</li> <li>Any other work assigned by manager.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What your background should look like</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably engineering background with mechanical or Electronic.</li> <li>&gt;8 years procurement experience or related functions, manufacturing environment is a plus, medical industry related preferred.  </li> <li>Fluent in Japanese is a must, English communication is an advantage.</li> <li>Good communication skills, integrity, accountability</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><div>Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork</div></div></div></div>
