Leads competitive bidding and negotiations, develops and executes category strategies aligned with business objectives, and manages end-to-end sourcing activities. Ensures compliance with procurement policies, processes, and best practices while maintaining strong supplier relationships. Oversees contract management, purchase order reviews, GR/IR variance resolution, and stakeholder support.
