The Data Operations department is seeking a Specialist, Data Transfer, Integration & Quality to the Security Pricing team to oversee the daily process. We are looking for active, positive and energetic person with experience in investment fund industry.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Price exchange‑traded and fixed‑income securities; validate FX rates, handle exceptions, and review stale prices.
- Coordinate across onshore/offshore teams; support new client take‑ons and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain documentation, meet SLAs, and uphold strong control standards in deadline‑driven cycles.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management in high‑volume cycles.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with market data tools and fund accounting platforms is a plus.
- Solid communication and teamwork skills; proactive problem solving and ownership mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical capability and adaptability; project exposure or experience is beneficial.
