Position will be responsible for the management and governance of different finance master data elements needed for the proper Company’s data flow and financial statements preparation.
The position will interact with a variety of stakeholders located around the world, aiming to understand their needs and foster an effective partnership to properly address the needs.
Working independently, the incumbent utilizes SAP knowledge, business processes knowledge and SOPs to properly create/maintain finance master data elements, such as Accounts, Cost Centers, Internal Orders, etc., understanding what the flow is, and how these elements affect other workstreams. Moreover, the position constant communicates and interacts with other Operational and Information Stewards to ensure fit-for-purpose data and to remove and boundaries regarding the finance master data.
It is expected for the position to have a constant process improvement approach, by offering recommendations to enhance workflow and increase efficiency.
Requirements:
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Teamwork and collaborative focus, customer service oriented.
- Ability to function in a high-volume setting with tight deadlines.
- Attention to details and accuracy focus
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Working proficiency of SAP and Excel
- Solid oral and written communication skills (English)
- Experience in SAP Master Data management will be considered as a plus.
