  • Build scalable automation solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Automate to reduce manual effort and improve control.

  • Translate business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, analytics solutions, and workflow automations.

  • Partner cross-functionally with business leaders, product teams, and technical stakeholders to drive adoption and measurable impact.

  • Evaluate emerging BI and AI capabilities and recommend practical, compliant improvements for enterprise use.

  • Mentor analysts and promote best practices in analytics, visualization, storytelling, and continuous improvement.

Minimum requirements: Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.

Basic Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, process improvement, automation, or related roles.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience delivering enterprise BI solutions, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations in a complex business environment.

  • Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and leading workflow optimization or automation initiatives.

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and process automation platforms such as Power Automate and/or Copilot Studio.

  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, KPI development, and translating business needs into scalable solutions.

  • Experience working with high-volume or business-critical processes where reliability, visibility, and measurable outcomes matter.

  • Ability to clearly demonstrate relevant experience on a resume through prior roles, projects, tools, and business impact.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience with Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar BI and visualization platforms.
