DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Senior Analyst, Sourceview, Global Services, located in Manila, Philippines.
The SOURCEVIEW Senior Data Analyst, Global Services plays a key role in executing customer data operations, conducting advanced analyses, and identifying opportunities to enhance data quality and insight generation for the DePuy Synthes’ business. This role supports SOURCEVIEW™ by transforming customer purchasing data into meaningful insights, driving process improvements, contributing to data governance, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to strengthen data-driven decision-making within Global Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze operational data and performance trends to generate insights and support informed decision-making
Deliver high-quality, timely execution of global services processes, ensuring adherence to established standards and controls
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., commercial, supply chain, finance) to resolve issues and improve service delivery
Drive process enhancements, automation, and standardization initiatives to improve efficiency and customer experience
Validate, cleanse, and troubleshoot data to maintain operational quality standards.
Execute customer case processing activities with a strong emphasis on accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and customer behaviors.
Synthesize insights that inform DePuy Synthes’ commercial and operational decision-making.
Support the creation or improvement of analytical outputs, dashboards, and reporting tools
Implement improvements to data management, transformation, and processing workflows.
Collaborate with teams across GS and MedTech to support business intelligence needs.
Help enforce consistent data governance standards across the SOURCEVIEW™ process.
Maintain data integrity across systems and ensure proper documentation and audit readiness
Contribute to global or regional projects and initiatives aligned with service excellence and transformation goals
Communicate insights, progress, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Demonstrate Johnson & Johnson Credo values and leadership behaviors in all interactions
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field)
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or relevant master’s degree) preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
Typically 3–5+ years of experience in global services, shared services, operations, or a similar analytical role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global or matrixed environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis/reporting tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Experience in Global Business Services (GBS) or shared services environments
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or CRM platforms
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries
Exposure to automation or digital transformation initiatives
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Proficiency in analytics tools and big data management; SQL is a plus
Demonstrated ability to lead or support projects and continuous improvement efforts
Other:
Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Travel: Minimal (typically <10%, may vary based on business needs)
Certifications: Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
