This role is responsible for developing and maintaining store sales plans, monitoring performance against goals, providing actionable recommendations to support business growth, Ad-Hoc Analyses based on the needs of the team and business. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with field teams and cross-functional partners.</p> <p><strong>MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with field management to develop and manage monthly store sales goal planning process</li> <li>Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven solutions to improve sales planning processes, automate analysis, and generate actionable insights for field leadership and finance teams.</li> <li>Maintain, enhance, and automate sales planning tools, models, and reporting files to improve accuracy and efficiency.</li> <li>Serve as a key finance contact for store field teams, answering questions and providing support related to sales plans.</li> <li>Build strong relationships with Store Operation Leadership to understand business drivers and support decision-making.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial plans and business objectives.</li> <li>Demonstrate agility by supporting emerging Finance priorities, special projects, and cross-functional initiatives while helping drive continuous improvement across the organization.</li> <li>Leads by example through Sunglass Hut’s Key Cultural Indicators: Fun, Shared Wins, Relationships, Inclusion and Drive</li> </ul> <p><strong>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>S. and/or M.B.A in Finance, Accounting or Data Analytics</li> <li>3+ years financial planning and analysis and/or commercial finance experience</li> <li>Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with sales planning preferred.</li> <li>Experience in retail, consumer, or complex matrixed organizations preferred.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems, and drives results independently.</li> <li>Challenge the Process – Constructively challenges the process and takes the initiative to search for opportunities to grow, improve and innovate</li> <li>Strategic Orientation – Understands the company’s strategies and can related them to issues/projects at hand</li> <li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively partner with individuals across varying levels and functional areas.</li> </ul> <p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of any of the following: BusinessObjects, Tableau, Power BI</li> <li>Knowledge of ETL tools like Tableau Prep or Alteryx</li> </ul><p>Pay Range: 81,626.80  - 114,483.20 </p> <p>This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
