Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic oversight for the process of collecting and managing requirements, ensuring that solutions align with business goals and deliver maximum value.
• Clearly define issues and develop business cases for process changes or enhancements
• Experience creating workflows and developing graphic representations of complex business processes
• Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business requirements, and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues.
• Apply Agile methodologies in delivering Minimum Viable Products and iteratively scaling solutions for business value
• Ability to identify, create, prioritize, and groom user stories, acceptance criteria, and document key decisions
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, competitive product analysis
• Experience developing Functional requirements - describe what the system, process, or product/service must do in order to fulfill the business requirements
• Experience developing User (stakeholder) requirements - are a very important part of the deliverables, the needs of the stakeholders will have to be correctly interpreted
• Collaborate with Technology Development partners in the development and execution of solutions and in the development and testing of test scripts for software and process changes
• Research, evaluate, and present industry trends and technology advancements that may affect the company’s services.
•Evaluate and analyze technical information and data related to quality indicators and recommend course corrections. Draft presentations and present summaries of trends, potential root causes, and recommended course corrections
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering - any branch, Supply chain, Logistics, Business, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing projects and initiatives in the manufacturing, quality, responsible sourcing, social and environmental sustainability, supply chain compliance, and/or human rights space
• Proficiency with Microsoft PC desktop applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Project, and Visio
• Demonstrates the ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Proficiency in running and facilitating strategic meetings and communicating effectively with all levels of management
• Strong critical thinking skills—the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to complex problems Preferred • CBAP, AAC, CPOA or equivalent certifications from IIBA
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP), supply chain management software, or compliance management platforms like SAP, Oracle PLM, PTC Windchill
• Experience working with Veeva Vault applications in Consumer goods or Life Sciences industries
• 2-4+ years' experience in consulting, strategy, tech or related experience; high-growth or early stage start-up experience or compliance experience
