As a Sr. Analyst - Product Education and Training, you will be responsible for Design and deliver digital-first learning solutions for global audiences, translating complex products into measurable client outcomes. Own end-to-end content development, KPI reporting to drive continuous improvement and business impact.

Join the Nasdaq Education Services Team, FinTech Client Experience (CX)] organization distributed team responsible for crafting and delivering innovative learning solutions that enable clients, partners, and employee to improve the value of Nasdaq’s financial technology platforms. We demonstrate AI, digital learning tools, analytics, and modern content strategies to build impactful, scalable, and measurable learning experiences worldwide.

Role Responsibilities -

As a Sr. Analyst - Product Education and Training, your focus is  to Design and deliver digital-first learning solutions for global audiences and KPI reporting. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Mumbai, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.

We expect you to have:

  • Experience Level (3-5 years) preferably experience in Capital market

  • Primary Skills  - Instructional Designing, Content development, KPI reporting

  • Soft Skills - Outstanding Communication (written and verbal English), Adaptability & Global Teamwork.

  • Education Qualification- Graduate

It would be phenomenal if you

  • Power BI dashboard creation and learning analytics reporting

  • LMS/LXP administration and content publishing

  • Newsletter, learner communications, and stakeholder engagement

  • Process automation and AI-driven efficiency tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)
