We're looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Streaming Affiliate Finance FP&A team in Budapest. What You'll Do As a Senior Analyst, you'll support the financial planning and analysis activities for Paramount's Streaming Affiliate business, partnering closely with Finance and business stakeholders across the organization. Your responsibilities will include: <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Supporting the preparation of the Long Range Plan, Annual Operating Plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial reviews </li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Managing revenue and cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis </li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Monitoring business performance, identifying financial risks and opportunities, and providing meaningful insights to leadership </li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Supporting the evaluation of new commercial initiatives and strategic business opportunities </li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Building strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders to support informed decision-making </li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and reporting </li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Driving automation, standardization, and efficiency across finance operations </li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Preparing ad hoc financial analyses, reports, and presentations as required </li> </ul> What We're Looking For <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field </li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">4+ years of FP&A and/or Accounting experience </li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights </li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal </li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications </li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Experience with SAP, Oracle and/or Longview is a plus </li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, or equivalent accounting standards </li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment </li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</li> </ul> Why join us?
