<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Act as a key liaison between business and technology, ensuring clear communication, shared understanding of requirements, and timely issue resolution.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Translate business needs into wellâdefined user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Work with the dealing desk, product team, and operations to document and refine frontâtoâback trade flows (from product creation and pricing through order capture to postâtrade processes).</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Analyse current processes and system configurations in the Structured Products OMS; identify gaps, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities in workflows and controls.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Collaborate with internal technology and external vendor teams on solution design, configuration, customisation, and integration with upstream and downstream systems.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Prepare and maintain core Business Analysis artefacts, including BRDs, FRDs, process maps, data dictionaries, and interface specifications.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Plan and execute testing activities (SIT/UAT), including test scenario and case design, test execution, and defect tracking and resolution.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Support production rollout, data/system migration activities, creation of user training materials, and postâgoâlive stabilisation.</span></li>
