Sr Business Analyst, Processes & Systems

The Implementation Support Team leads Towers teams through improving and optimizing processes and systems within the business unit. The Senior Business Analyst serves as a liaison with IT to guide approved changes through all aspects of the systems enhancement and Robotic Process Automation processes to achieve desired business results, as well as support Towers teammates with production support for the systems they use to do their work. The Senior Business Analyst independently leads all business components of multiple, complex systems projects on behalf of the supported business stakeholders to which they are aligned.
