<p><p>As a Sr Business Analyst, the ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:</p>
<ul type="disc">
<li>Strong analytics foundation: ability to synthesize large datasets into clear trends, variance explanations, and decision-ready recommendations.</li>
<li><span>Financial and commercial acumen: comfortable working with forecast/actual concepts and explaining performance through a commercial partnership lens.</span></li>
<li><span>Advanced Excel and slide-building skills (PowerPoint): can independently build executive ready materials with clean visuals and tight storylines.</span></li>
<li><span>Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI).</span></li>
<li><span>Strong stakeholder management: can triage inbound asks, clarify the “real question,” and deliver high-quality outputs on tight timelines.</span></li>
<li><span>Detail-oriented and process minded: cares about data validation, metric definitions, and repeatability of reporting. </span></li>
