Sr Business Process Analyst

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements. Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Solution Development: Develop and propose solutions that address business needs and improve operational efficiency. Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and user stories. Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis techniques to interpret business data and provide actionable insights. Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure successful delivery. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates on project progress. Testing and Validation: Support the testing and validation of new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to the development of best practices. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in Payroll, Finance or Accountancy field or any related experience Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Basic coding knowledge will be an advantage
