Ā

About the Role

Are you a seasoned IT professional ready to act as a global architectural gatekeeper for world-class supply chain planning platforms? As our Sr. Business Process Analyst, you will serve as a lead technical expert within the Global Applications team, driving solution design, enforcing strict Production Release Governance (DEV to QA to PROD), and safeguarding system Performance and Reliability (P&R). Operating across advanced platforms such as Kinaxis Maestro, 4flow TLO, PlanetTogether, Nulogy, and SAP S/4HANA, you will collaborate with regional business partners and global execution centers to turn business needs into scalable, enterprise-grade capabilities—including Agentic AI and cognitive automation. If you excel at multi-tier system integration, release governance, and global stakeholder management, this high-impact position is your ideal next move!

Ā

Core Responsibilities

  • Global Solution Architecture & Governance: Lead the technical solution design for supply chain planning capabilities across global divisions; serve as the primary Production Release Gatekeeper (DEV to QA to PROD) to ensure zero unisolated hotfixes and protect system P&R.

  • Next-Gen Capabilities & Innovation: Drive design standards for Agentic AI, cognitive automation, and low-code orchestration frameworks (e.g., Retool) to optimize advanced planning workflows.

  • Cross-Platform Integration & Execution: Review technical designs and validate complex end-to-end integration flows (SCPI iFlows, OData) connecting planning platforms with Nulogy and SAP S/4HANA.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional business leads and global delivery teams to translate commercial requirements into standardized user stories and technical specifications.

  • Quality & Performance Oversight: Direct technical design reviews and root-cause analyses on complex multi-tier platform issues to ensure reliable, high-performing global deployments.

Ā

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of hands-on technical/functional experience implementing and supporting enterprise Advanced Planning Systems (APS) like Kinaxis, SAP IBP, o9 Solutions, Logility, or similar within CPG/manufacturing environments.

  • Advanced English proficiency.

Ā

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a quantitative/business field, or professional certifications (APICS/CPIM, Kinaxis Certification).

  • Deep technical expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro authoring (workbooks, control tables, macros, automation tasks, filters).

  • Proven track record in solution design, release governance, or platform architecture across multi-regional global deployments.

  • Experience with database languages and scripting tools (Python, SQL, Google Apps Script, etc.).

  • Solid understanding of ITIL release gate topologies, version control, and extended tools (4flow TLO, PlanetTogether, Nulogy).

Our Commitment to Inclusion
Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives Ā to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging. We are dedicated to ensuring that each individual can be their authentic self, is treated with respect, and is empowered by leadership to contribute meaningfully to our business.
