Sr. Business Systems Analyst
Chamberlain Group (CG) is a global leader in intelligent access and Blackstone portfolio company. Powered by our myQ technology, we make access simple and secure for millions of homeowners, businesses, and communities worldwide. Our flagship brands, LiftMaster® and Chamberlain® , are found in 51+ million homes, and 14 million+ people rely on the myQ® app daily.

This senior role sits within Chamberlain Group's IT Enterprise Applications function and serves as a senior solution expert for the Lead to Cash value stream. The Sr. Analyst proposes, designs, and takes growing ownership of solutions for significant components of the SAP ECC (SD/LE) and integrated application landscape (EDI, Esker, PkMS (WM), Hybris Commerce, SAP Personas, TMS, Paymetric, Vertex, Salesforce.com), provides key inputs to end-to-end solution architecture in partnership with the value stream Lead, and drives complex initiatives and workstreams from requirements through hypercare. Success looks like well-designed, reliably delivered solutions across the Lead to Cash landscape and demonstrated ownership of expanding solution areas within it. Requires a minimum 7 years' experience in enterprise applications, including deep hands-on SAP SD/LE expertise, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design, propose, and take ownership of solutions for significant components of the Lead to Cash value stream on SAP ECC (SD/LE) and integrated applications such as EDI, Esker, PkMS (WM), Hybris Commerce, SAP Personas, TMS, Paymetric, Vertex, and Salesforce.com, contributing key inputs to end-to-end solution architecture and ensuring designs align with enterprise architecture standards.
Lead major workstreams within critical and strategic initiatives — implementations, platform migrations (e.g., S/4HANA), and complex cross-functional integrations — from requirements through go-live and hypercare, accountable for the scope, design quality, and delivery of assigned solution areas.
Serve as a subject-matter expert for Lead to Cash enterprise applications; contribute to the configuration standards and design best practices defined for the value stream and model their consistent application.
Partner with business stakeholders and IT leadership to provide analysis and recommendations that inform the Lead to Cash application roadmap, translating business objectives into proposed system capabilities and improvement opportunities.
Drive complex, ambiguous, cross-platform problems to resolution — diagnosing root cause across integrated systems and proposing the path to resolution where no standard playbook exists.
Identify and propose process re-engineering and innovation opportunities, including AI-enabled improvements, recommending where technology can materially change how Lead to Cash operates rather than incrementally support it.
Design change, release, test, and validation approaches for assigned major system changes, consistent with the standards established for the Lead to Cash system landscape.
Manage escalated and complex items with the Application Managed Services (AMS) provider for the process area — reviewing complex enhancement designs, prioritizing escalations, and supporting SLA and quality accountability.
Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts, reviewing designs and functional specifications within assigned solution areas and helping raise the team's technical quality.
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
