Cheers to creating an incredible tomorrow!

At Molson Coors, we tackle big challenges and defy the status quo.  With a proud legacy of excellence, an incredible portfolio of beer, seltzers, spirits, and non-alcohol brands, and a bold vision for our future... we’re on the path to transforming the beverage industry.  That requires remarkable individuals who are curious, tenacious, and never afraid to fail forward.

We seek, value and respect everyone’s unique perspectives and experiences knowing that we are stronger together.  We collaborate as a team and celebrate each other’s successes.

Here’s to crafting careers and creating new legacies.

Crafted Highlights

In the role of Sr Beverage Customer Supply Analyst, based in Milwaukee, WI, you will manage end‑to‑end customer supply execution for a defined portfolio of customers, distribution centers, import partners, and contract partners. You will translate demand signals into feasible supply plans, manage inventory and order flow, and provide proactive service visibility and issue resolution to protect product availability and service performance. In this senior role, you will serve as a mentor and subject‑matter resource for Analysts by sharing best practices, reinforcing standard ways of working, and providing day‑to‑day coaching and support.

Building on the core Analyst role, you will operate with greater autonomy and complexity, owning more ambiguous portfolios, supporting emerging brands or transitions, and serving as a key connector between customer execution, supply planning, and process leadership. You will identify trends, surface risks early, recommend tradeoffs, and drive resolution across internal and external partners.

This position reports to the Process Lead of Beverage Customer Supply, supporting NonAlc, and works closely with Supply Planning, Sales Operations, Commercial, and Distribution Teams.

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • Own day-to-day customer supply execution for a defined portfolio by independently managing demand, inventory, orders, and shipments; maintain strong working relationships and deliver timely, proactive communication.
  • Translate demand signals into actionable supply plans by partnering with Supply Planning to review forecasts, identify constraints, and implement approved actions (rebalancing, substitutions, expedites, order timing changes).
  • Lead resolution of supply and service issues by quantifying impact, identifying options, aligning stakeholders, and escalating decisions with clear recommendations when required.
  • Support incubation, innovation, and portfolio transitions by helping design, test, and stabilize new ordering, forecasting, and reporting routines to ensure continuity of supply.
  • Maintain and improve data integrity across forecasting, ordering, and reporting systems; identify root causes of recurring issues and partner cross‑functionally on sustainable fixes.
  • Develop, standardize, and enhance reporting and insights (service, inventory, open orders, shipment status, forecast exceptions), providing clear commentary on drivers, risks, and recommended actions.
  • Provide day‑to‑day peer/mentor support to Analysts (e.g., sharing approaches to prioritization, problem solving, and stakeholder communication) and serve as an escalation resource to help unblock execution and support consistent team performance.
  • Serve as a subject‑matter resource and mentor to Analysts by sharing best practices, supporting onboarding and knowledge transfer, and reinforcing standard ways of working (without direct people management responsibility).
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual work, and improve service outcomes; implement smaller‑scale improvements or partner with the Process Lead on larger initiatives.

Key Ingredients:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in customer supply, order management, supply planning, logistics coordination, or a similar high‑volume environment.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups) and comfort creating clear, executive‑ready written and PowerPoint updates; experience with SAP and/or BI/reporting tools preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and drive resolution in fast‑paced situations.
  • Proven collaboration, communication, and structured problem‑solving skills.
  • Consistent demonstration of Molson Coors values and core behaviors.

Beverage Bonuses:

  • Flexible work programs that support work life balance including a hybrid work model of 4 days in the office
  • Participation in our Total Rewards program with a competitive base salary, incentive plans, parental leave, health, dental, vision, retirement plan options with incredible employer match, generous paid time off plans, an engaging Wellness Program, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with amazing resources
  • On site Pub, access to cool brand clothing and swag, top events and, of course... free beer and beverages!
  • We care about our People and Planet and have challenged ourselves with stretch goals around our key priorities
