<div><div>About the Role:</div><div>As a CBRE Data Center Sr. Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance and complex corrective repairs within</div><div>a Data Center operation.</div><div>This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for technical maintenance</div><div>services in critical client environments.</div><div>What You’ll Do:</div><div>• Manage daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment, including</div><div>servicing and maintenance.</div><div>• Ensure the site's environmental conditions provide a safe work environment.</div><div>• React to Building Management System alarms, and complete emergency repairs as needed.</div><div>• Make sure third parties and vendors follow compliance with company-developed processes, procedures, and all</div><div>applicable laws and regulations. Accompany vendor’s on-site visits as needed and ensure site standards are</div><div>met.</div><div>• Verify subcontractor performance meets all requirements per the Master Service Agreement.</div><div>• Complete planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on all equipment. Assist staff with tricky</div><div>situations.</div><div>• Check BMS for running and alarm conditions and respond to complex HVAC-related client problems.</div><div>• Review meter readings from UPS, PDU and utilities to ensure accurate information is documented.</div><div>• Provide Mechanical and Electrical troubleshooting. Provide fixes to facility and plant faults and defects.</div><div>• Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out maintenance at the site.</div><div>• Complete assigned work according to established processes and procedures. Follow all safety processes and</div><div>requirements and confirm all regulatory requirements and quality standards are met.</div><div>• Operate a permit-to-work system under the company’s health and safety procedures. Verify that appropriate</div><div>controls are within the Permit-to-Work systems.</div><div>• Ensure that ACOP’s applicable to the maintenance industry procedures.</div><div>• Conduct routine quality checks for comprehensive maintenance records.</div><div>• Help create and develop work processes, Job Hazard Analysis reports, and SOPs for critical work with risk</div><div>assessment. Ensure that CERM documents and logbooks are updated.</div><div>• Complete all required training to ensure successful completion of all job-related responsibilities.</div><div>• Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.</div><div>• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.</div><div>• Impact the quality of own work.</div><div>• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.</div><div>• Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.</div><div>2</div></div>
