Job Description

Act as a key bridge between Operations and clients, ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery, quick query resolution, and high-quality outputs. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage E2E Statistical Operations processes for assigned markets, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery as per SLAs
  • Perform data analysis using statistical/mathematical techniques
  • Handle and resolve client queries related to operations
  • Make critical quality decisions within operational processes
  • Ensure seamless communication across teams and stakeholders
  • Deliver accurate data outputs aligned with client requirements
  • Follow defined processes, schedules, and SLAs consistently
  • Monitor team KPIs (quality & timeliness) and stay updated on workflows
  • Drive process improvements and implementation of new standards
  • Collaborate in a virtual, multicultural environment
  • Provide inputs to optimize operational efficiency
  • Ensure clean data flow across upstream and downstream processes to avoid rework

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred: Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science)
  • 2+ years of experience in NIQ Operations (for internal candidates)
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of SQL and Excel
  • Effective client communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organization and time management abilities
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams
  • Proactive with a solution-oriented approach
  • Fluency in English (written & verbal)
  • Understanding of E2E production processes and local market dynamics
