At BridgeBio, we value curiosity and experimentation—including the ethical & thoughtful use of AI to improve clarity, speed, and quality of work. </div> <h3>What You'll Do</h3> The Senior Director of Population Health Strategy & Analytics will lead the development of enterprise-wide population health strategies that optimize the clinical, economic, and societal impact of BridgeBio therapies. This role integrates advanced analytics, real-world data, healthcare delivery insights, and strategic planning to inform decisions across the product lifecycle. This individual focuses on translating diverse sources of evidence into actionable strategies that improve patient identification, treatment access, health system integration, and measurable population outcomes for BBIO therapies. The Senior Director will identify opportunities to improve care pathways, reduce diagnostic delays, quantify healthcare system impact of BBIO therapies, and enable data-driven decision making for rare disease populations. Responsibilities <ul> <li>Develop long-term population health strategies and identify opportunities to improve diagnosis, referral pathways, treatment initiation, and long-term patient outcomes supporting both pipeline and commercial assets</li> <li>Lead identification of data platforms and advanced analytics that inform population health strategy and commercial decision making</li> <li>Use claims, EHR, registry, genomic, and social determinants of health data to drive disease awareness, patient finding, and outcomes tracking for IDNs and payers</li> <li>Partner with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Centers of Excellence, and health systems to understand care delivery challenges and assess opportunities for improvement and design strategies that facilitate integration of BridgeBio therapies into care models for relevant therapeutic areas</li> <li>Through advanced analytics, enable early identification and outcomes tracking at the individual health system and payer level to ensure value demonstration </li> <li>Collaborate across BridgeBio teams including HEOR, Market Access, Medical, Commercial, Clinical Development and Corporate Strategy to engage with health systems, payers, provider organizations, public health leaders, and academic collaborators</li> </ul> <h3>Where You'll Work</h3> This is a remote position with 20-30% travel expected <h3>Who You Are</h3> <ul> <li>Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, MPH, DrPH, MBA, or equivalent).</li> <li>10+ years in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare analytics, health systems, consulting, or population health</li> <li>Experience translating complex healthcare data into business strategy and actionable insights</li> <li>Strong understanding of: <ul> <li>Rare disease ecosystems</li> <li>Healthcare delivery</li> <li>Population analytics</li> <li>Patient journey analytics</li> <li>Health policy</li> <li>Commercial strategy</li> </ul> </li> <li>Proven track record of strong collaboration and demonstrated leadership in matrix organizations</li> </ul> Preferred experience in one or more of: <ul> <li>Population Health Management and Value-Based Care</li> <li>Healthcare Strategy</li> <li>Integrated Delivery Networks</li> <li>Health Systems Analytics</li> <li>Digital Health</li> <li>HEOR</li> </ul>   #LI-LN1<div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><div> <div>At BridgeBio, we strive to provide a market-competitive total rewards package, including base pay, an annual performance bonus, company equity, and generous health benefits.
