The Senior ERP Analyst, located in Middlefield (CT), will take ownership of our ERP systems and serve as a key partner to business and corporate teams. This is a highly customer-facing role where you will bridge business and IT—ensuring ERP capabilities align with operational needs while driving efficiency, standardization, and innovation. You will play a central role in ERP consolidation efforts, modernization initiatives, and preparing the organization for a future SAP S/4HANA migration Key Responsibilities: Partner with Business - act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and corporate stakeholders on all ERP-related initiatives <ul> <li>Build strong cross-functional relationships across finance, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing</li> <li>Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions</li> <li>Drive process alignment, standardization, and adoption of best practices</li> </ul> Own & Support the ERP Platform - manage the ERP landscape (Navision 2017, transitioning to Business Central; Sightline, Visual, Sage) <ul> <li>Provide hands-on system support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring high system availability</li> <li>Configure and enhance ERP functionality, including development in C/AL (Navision 2017)</li> <li>Support integrations and evolution toward AL in Business Central</li> </ul> Drive Projects & Enhancements - lead ERP initiatives including enhancements, upgrades, and break/fix improvements <ul> <li>Manage and prioritize the ERP support queue and feature requests</li> <li>Drive execution of system upgrades (Navision → Business Central)</li> <li>Provide clear communication and reporting on priorities, status, and outcomes</li> </ul> Lead ERP Transformation - play a key role in consolidating multiple ERP systems into a single Business Unit platform <ul> <li>Support data mapping, process alignment, and change management efforts</li> <li>Contribute to long-term planning for SAP S/4HANA migration</li> </ul> Improve & Innovate - identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI adoption to drive continuous improvement across workflows, reporting, and system usage Requirements and Qualifications: <ul> <li>10+ years of ERP experience with strong functional and technical understanding</li> <li>Experience with Navision (C/AL) required; Business Central (AL) and SAP exposure preferred</li> <li>Proven success in a customer-facing role partnering with business stakeholders</li> <li>Experience leading ERP enhancements, upgrades, or consolidation efforts</li> <li>Strong understanding of business processes (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, operations)</li> <li>Ability to balance support, development, and project delivery</li> <li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills</li> </ul> Key Competencies: <ul> <li>Problem solving and continuous improvement</li> <li>Proactive communication and influencing skills</li> <li>Planning and organizational skills</li> <li>Teamwork & Collaboration</li> </ul> Bring your passion and commitment to Zygo, where we are curious, collaborative, persistent, and confident, and where safety and quality guide every step of our journey.
