This role serves as a critical connection point between Micron’s customers, Sales organization, Business Units, Revenue Operations, and planning partners. It is responsible for translating customer demand, market intelligence, supply signals, and business priorities into actionable forecasting and planning insights that help Micron align strategic agreements, supply, optimize revenue outcomes, and proactively manage risk.
This position should be understood as both analytical and highly collaborative. - Proactively drive resolution of forecast, supply, and planning disconnects through cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Business Unit stakeholders.
- Tracking and reporting design-win pipelines (the conversion of qualifications to revenue) ensuring they are appropriately tied into our planning processes.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to develop constrained forecasts and preferred product mix recommendations while serving as a customer advocate in planning discussions.
- Develop and communicate proposed RTF recommendations based on demand signals, supply considerations, and business priorities.
- Aggregate and synthesize customer, market, and business signals across regions and segments to support enhanced planning, prioritization, and decision-making reviews with regional leadership and account teams.
- Drive SCA compliance, execution, and governance to ensure alignment across planning processes and business objectives.
- Monitor and improve forecast performance through analysis of aggregated FSF accuracy trends and identification of continuous improvement opportunities.
- Champion appropriate adoption and sharing of AI-enabled tools and capabilities to improve efficiency, insights, and decision quality.
- Prepare and deliver forecast, planning, and business performance inputs for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other executive-level reviews.
- Develop ad hoc analyses, reporting, and insights to support business decisions, customer engagements, and operational priorities.
- Facilitate regular account reviews with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Business Unit partners to align demand signals, priorities, risks, and execution plans.
- Own forecasting process governance, stakeholder communications, performance expectations, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive planning excellence and operational effectiveness.
