Serving as the central operational bridge between Corporate Finance, Sales, and Marketing, you will configure SAP pricing procedures, maintain customer master data, conduct critical financial audits, and leverage automation to optimize commercial processes.</p>

<h1><span style="font-size:14.0pt">What You'll do</span></h1>
<h1 style="padding-left:40.0px"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">SAP Pricing & Promotional Execution</span></h1>

<li>Own the end-to-end setup, configuration, and user testing of pricing and promotional activities within SAP.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain SAP pricing procedures, condition records, and customer Master Data Management (MDM) attributes.</li>
<li>Serve as the key subject matter expert (SME) and project lead for regional pricing and promotional system initiatives.</li>

<h1 style="padding-left:40.0px"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Governance, Compliance & Audit Controls</span></h1>

<ul>
<li>Act as the primary gatekeeper for US and Canada pricing and promotion policies to guarantee commercial compliance.</li>
<li>Perform monthly audits of master data attributes, billing documents, and sales records to ensure rigid financial process controls.</li>
<li>Identify root causes of procedural and data errors, leading corrective action and reconciliations to prevent future discrepancies.</li>

<h1 style="padding-left:40.0px"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Cross-Functional Reporting & Process Optimization</span></h1>

<li>Generate and analyze SAP reports tracking promotional performance and sales data for Finance, Sales, and Marketing leadership.</li>
<li>Resolve complex corporate finance data issues and provide operational guidance to cross-functional peers, temporary staff, and virtual partners.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to automate routine data workflows using advanced Excel and SAP tools.</li>

<h1><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Required Qualifications</span></h1>
<ul>
<li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer/Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.</li>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong> 3+ years of hands-on finance, pricing, or financial master data experience within an enterprise environment.</li>
<li><strong>Systems:</strong> Working knowledge of <strong>SAP</strong> (ERP) and business productivity suites (Google Workspace / MS Office).</li>
</ul>
<h1><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Preferred Qualifications</span></h1>
<ul>
<li>Deep proficiency in <strong>SAP Pricing & Condition Maintenance</strong> module configuration.</li>
<li>Advanced Excel skills and experience utilizing <strong>SAP scripting/macros</strong> to automate repetitive data tasks.</li>
<li>Prior experience managing multi-region financial controls (e.g., US & Canada cross-border operations).</li>
<li>Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) and direct task completion for external or project-based partners.</li>

<p><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong><br>Salary Range $96,800.00 - $137,000.00 USD<br><br>Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.<br><br>Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
