This role is also responsible for compiling latest estimates (LEs) and the annual Budget as well as preparing variance analysis against these targets. Also provides key support by preparing month end analytics, including Inventory reports, KPIs and ad hoc analysis as required.</span></p>

<li style="background-color:#ffffff;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><strong>Financial Planning & Budgeting: </strong>Drive the E2E planning process by creating projection templates, providing financial support to budget owners, and delivering accurate Budget and Latest Estimate (LE) projections.</span></li>
<li style="background-color:#ffffff;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><strong>Manufacturing Performance Oversight: </strong>Monitor and analyze manufacturing variances (formulation, volume/mix, and standards differential) while tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all domestic facilities.</span></li>
<li style="background-color:#ffffff;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><strong>Financial Reporting & Compliance: </strong>Execute month-end closing processes, perform SIGMA Inventory reconciliations, prepare Corporate exhibits and ensure compliance with Global SCF reporting and SOX governance requirements.</span></li>

Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.<br><br>Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements.
